Baby Girl Turns One!

And so the mail flies out the door! Thank you cards, photos, and might I add a few Easter notes. It is almost April! Wow, time has flown by but my mail has been a bit relaxed lately - time to get back on track. This little cupcake eater to my right has been keeping me busy. In other mail news...I lent out a cookbook to a dear friend who lives down the lane (or a couple blocks over) and upon its return, it sat quietly on my shelf giving nothing away. About a week later I thought I'd flip through and came across a little treasure tucked inside. A lovely little mouse-doodled pink envelope was awaiting my return, with an even lovelier thank you note inside. Wow. Thanks Colleen - it made my day!

I also have to mention a very cool handmade pop-up card that my little Piper received in the mail for her birthday. She may not appreciate it yet but I'll be singing its praises in her journal for now. Thanks Katie - I did a little skipping on the way back from the mailbox.
